Not all innovations are food lead but are dictated by other physical constraints - one of our clients had bought skillets for flat breads but could not find the bread to fit the skillets. Scandic Foods were asked if we could source a flat bread as our client was unable to - the only issue was that it was needed in 8 days for the launch of their new menu!
