Frankfurkers

To produce a frankfurter to a specific weight and meat content this needed to be cost effective and easy to reheat.

Projects like these are very easy for us as we are one of the major importers of Scandinavian frankfurters into the U.K. We had samples delivered over to the customer the following week.

The customer presented the frankfurter in a bread roll ready for reheating in seconds and it is now a favourite snack that can be found on one of the major airlines.
