A client needed a very specific flat bread produced this had to be partially baked and fit a bespoke serving platter. These were produced in each hotel by hand but were taking far too much preparation every day. ![]() Key requirements The flat bread had to be available within two weeks to the customers exacting requirements. Scandic response None of the large flat bread producers were interested in the project and we quickly identified a medium sized, very flexible manufacturer that could work to our time and cost restraints Client response The samples arrived at the customer within 48 hours and within 10 days each site had hand delivered first orders. The flat breads have now been on the menu for a number of months and are delivered by their nominated frozen wholesaler. | |||||||
